Terms and conditions

 

• Makeup trials are held at Carly’s studio in Hawthorndene, South Australia.

• Clients are encouraged to bring reference images of makeup styles they love, along with photos or fabric samples of wedding gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, or event outfits. This helps Carly understand your overall vision and create the perfect look.

• If the opinion of a friend or family member is important to you, you are welcome to bring them along to your trial.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100–$180 is required to secure your booking. Payment is required within 7 days of the initial booking.
  The full amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total cost, with the remaining balance payable in full on the day of the service.

• Weddings are Carly’s main priority on weekends. For this reason, makeup trials may be scheduled on Fridays only or arranged around existing bookings.

• Please notify Carly as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Weekend bookings are in high demand, and sufficient notice allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation of the appointment. Full payment will still apply.

• If fewer people receive services than originally quoted and Carly is not notified prior to the day of the service, a $100 cancellation fee per person, per service will apply.
